It’s an aromatic and nutritious rice noodle soup served with a side of fresh herbs and beansprouts.The broths which form the basis of cheap jerseys the pho are made in the restaurant, and are slowly simmered for 12 hours to ensure they are full of Hockey jerseys flavour.As well as noodles, the dish also includes a topping of your choice from tender beef brisket to king prawns.The menu isn’t just limited to pho, though far from it.There’s a great selection of food all of which is prepared in house, from Vietnamese salads with toppings including shredded chicken or fragrant banana blossom, to vermicelli rice noodles topped with the likes of beef or tofu and mushroom.And for those who want to immerse themselves in the culture, the names of the dishes are written in Vietnamese.After much deliberating (and reasoning that no, we couldn’t really order half a dozen dishes each) Beth and I decided to begin with two starters between us: the beef wrapped in betal leaves (or ‘bo la lot’, as I attempted) and the king prawn, crab and pork spring roll (or ‘nem hai san’, as I didn’t).After a short wait, the plates arrived, brimming cheap jerseys with colourful, delicious looking food.The beef in betal leaves starterThe beef wrapped in betal leaves came with rice vermicelli, thinly sliced vegetables, herbs and lettuce leaves. We did as our waitress suggested, and wrapped the various components in the lettuce leaf, then dipped it in the accompanying nuoc cham sauce, which created a lovely combination of flavours and textures.The Tiny Bakery is back and we’ve had a look insideThe chunky, crispy spring roll also came with cheap NFL Jerseys a lettuce leaf and nuoc cham dipping sauce, so we did likewise and wow, it was good.
